Cross your fingers! I'm sending in the horse I want HYPP test...

The mare I want (might have seen the tread in health) might be a carrier of HYPP. I sent it in to University of California. Hopefully it wont take much longer than a week to get the tests results back. The owner is holding Princess (the mare) for me untill then. She's had 2 others intested in her! But she really wants her to go to me, which is great. She doesn't even know what HYPP is but understands why I have to know. So thats good. Anyway, I really like this mare, she is exactly what I want. I was sooo disapointed when I got up with the owner of her sire and found he had hypp! There is a 50/50 chance with her...

Keep your fingers crossed for me!!! I'll let ya'll know as soon as I do. I HATE waiting!! The letter with her hairs goes in the mail tomorrow!

She's a beautiful horse! Fingers crossed the tests come back negative!

Thanks! Its in the mailbox now.. hehe. I hope it hurrys up and gets there. Not like it could have been closer, California's got to be one of the longest states from us!

Nothing yet.. They recived it yesterday... hopefully by the end of the week. If not it will be the beginning of next week. I can't stand waiting. Thanks for checking up.

You should receive the test within a week. Thats what happened with me and I am up in CANADA, so it may be faster for you!
