Cross Country lesson for the first time today! Pointers?

Well...i"ve finally made....it after 3 years and a lot of training, Bandit and I are going X-C :0) Anyone have any pointers for me? The jumps will most likely be 2'3" maybe a little over and definitely smaller...

Don't get too nervous. Your horse'll pick up on it. . .and then it's disaster from there on out. . .trust me. . .

Just stay relaxed, and go with the flow. You'll do fine

It'll be hard work. However, you can eiher turn it into work, or fun.

It's the attitude you go into it with that with ultimately affect how you view it. I would suggest you go in there with the expectation that you'll have some fun, and, you probably will
