Critique my new ponies conformation

Heres a pic of my new pony but i'll get a better confo shot..but can you tell me what you think
He's only 2 or 3 so he isnt completly filled out and he's a halflinger/welsh
hehe and no im not keeping him I KNOW HE DOESNT FIT...lol

I'll leave the confo. critique to the experts, but I will say that he's VERY cute! I like him a lot!

i liek him! very cute! if he's 2, isnt he too young to ride? and the person ridign him is a tad big lol. very nice otherwise...

he's 2 or 3 we arent really sure, we think he's an old 2 year old or a young 3 year old. I know IM too big for him but he's really stocky and he has no issue carrying me and i didnt want the little kids training him...so thats why im on him lol
thanx everybody but can anybody critique him?!?!

AWW!! I LOVE him!!!! What a cool pony! Hard to critique the confo though cuz he's moving.

Thanx so much Stephanie!! I really like him alot, im very pleased with him! Do you think he looks like a nice mover? i know the pics bad, my trainer took TONS of pics of him the other day and i just emailed her asking for them, one of his Confo shots came out SOOOOOO well!!!
Thanx everybody...your making me soo happy with my lil Tahoe!
