I really like your lower leg and seat. I think you really need to pull your shoulders back, they are really slumped and it looks like you are leaning on your hands. Remember to keep contact with your horse's mouth over the jump, it looks like you are jsut throwing your reins away. Even though the jump is small, lower your hands a bit for a more auotmatic release. They are kind of just perched on the top of the horse's neck. Other wise, good job. =] I really envy your lower leg and seat!

Thanks. You might be looking at the martingale, my reins didn't feel long. Maybe it's just me. (The picture is blurry anyway)
I'm just curious, but does anyone else think my reins are long?

Thanks again toblerone923!

All I can say is you are built for riding. Bah. I am built opposite with short stubby legs that can't wrap around a horse (plus I am short all round)

Awww, your just beating yourself up. I saw the pictures in the gallery, and you look amazing! Come on, horses are so gorgeous anyway, no one can look bad on them.

looking good. would like to see a little bit more impulsion from your horse. really ride him forwards into the fence, although i do appreciate the fences are of no great height, but it will prepare you for when the fences do start to grow slightly.

the only real niiggle i would have is that i would like to see a little bit more release. slide ur hands up his neck and release with your horses movement.
