I know it's not a very good picture to critique from, but anything you can see I'd love to hear it, good or bad. He is my first and only DraftX (we think Shire/TB). (Bear with us on him being asleep/standing like this...picture was take during a heat wave when the temp was over 95 for over a week straight and he wasn't too happy to be walking around even) This one is my sister and I riding doubles on Red one winter when we took him to Long Island, NY for his first road trip. (At the time he was for sale and much fatter) ![]() Just a note: In both of these photos we were wearing helmest, but took them off for the pictures. I'm only dumb enough to take off my helmet and ride while in a sand ring. Still dumb, I know.

Yer i agree looks like a belgian draft to me. Very gorgious, a bit of a long back though. he has good set legs, nice placed hocks, good straight front legs, good sloping shoulder. Very happy looking horse, kind eye. Very sturdy hind quarters, bet he can be a power house when he wants to. Neck ties in a little low in the chest, but that's common with draft breeds. Doesn't appear to suffer from the terrible cow hocks like a lot of heavy horses do. Nice roman nose. Well filled out tail. Over all a very nicely put together young boy. The only problem i have with him is that he does have a rather long back for the rest of him. Still shouldn't affect him unless you plan to do high level dressage with him lol.

I think he is lovely, he would make a great heavy hunter, I think he is put together rather well, I don't see where his back it that long, he's a big horse, with a little bitty saddle on him....I would love to see a pic of him with out a saddle.....but I still love him...Cathy
