Critique Havana (be harsh)

This is my horse Havana. Try to critique her, I know the pictures are crappy. She is 1/2 Quarter Horse, 1/2 Paint. 15.2 hands, and she is currently 10 years old. These picture were taken two years ago (before she broke my camera) when she wasn't in 100% perfect health. And yes, I know she's horribly filthy Be harsh, don't worry I won't get mad.

It is a little bit hard to say a lot from the pictures because of the angles of the photos and the mud makes it hard to see what are shadows and what aren't (I definitely sympathize with you on the mud issue -- I could make a fortune if I opened a mud bath spa here at the moment).

I love the expression on her face, very intelligent and alert, yet a soft gentle look in her eyes. And I also really like her ears. I am big on small, nicely shaped ears ...

She seems to have an extremely long back, but part of this may be an optical illusion because of the lack of definition on her topline (which I am assuming is a result of her being out of work because of her illness that you mentioned). There is not as much definition as I would like to see where her neck ties into her shoulders (but here the camera angle is playing a role). And on the one photo (by the truck) where I could get a little glimpse of her left fore, she seemed to be over at the knees.

I would love to see a picture of her muscled up and all bright and shiney! Her coloring is really cute!

Yeah she a smarty pants all right She looks 100 times better now. She's muscled up and shiney, and has put on a little more weight. Taking pictures of her is hard (she's all over the place) and the mud was horrible that day. I had only had her for 5 months when these were taken. She was abused and neglected before that...I do think she is over at the knees.

Unfortunately no...but I'm getting a new camera for Christmas, hopefully she won't break this one.
