Critique & guess breed plz...

A friend of mine has this little guy:

She doesn't have much time for him and she feels he is too small, so she is thinking about giving him away... she was told when she got him that he was a Belgian cross, but he is little (~13 hh)... could he be a Haflinger or a cross with one? He is about 2 years old. His mane (on the other side of his neck) is very blonde.

What do you guys think of him and what breed do you think he might be?

Thanx!

Haflinger. Maybe a little Quarter Pony, too? I dunno, I can be REAL bad with guessing breeds, and my computer screen is messed up to boot. Everything looks dark and purple-ish.

How old is he? He does not look like haflinger or any kind of draft cross. He is too lean. He may have a little arabian in there to make him so thin boned.

He is leggy! He looks like a hafflinger cross to me. I like him.

Maybe a throughbred cross with a smaller animal, he has such long legs!

OK. I altered the picture a bit so I could see it better, and yes, he looks like he might be Haflinger cross, but a lean one for sure. I would still like to know how old he is though.

I want him! LOL! If he's only two, he's still got a good bit of growing to do. He's adorable! He looks like an absolute sweetheart.

Can you just see how cute he'd be with a bath and a hair cut, a little musceling and pull and braid his mane! He would look like the perfect pony hunter!! I want him now!!
