| Senior Member | Cowboy Magic, Silicone, and dry hair Does or does not Cowboy Magic Detangler have silicone in it? I've read the ingredients, and I don't see it there, but it's quite possible that it's being listed under another name. My horse's tail is really dry, and I don't want to put stuff that dries it more on it. His coat is beautiful and shiny, but his tail remains dry (straw dry) to the touch no matter how much conditioner I put on it. He's on a good feed supplemented with rice bran, flax seed, and oil, but that tail remains dry. Any advice? |

![]() ![]() | For really dry hair try Healthy Hair Conditioner. Its highly concentrated so its mixed with water but it conditions hair really well, keeps it clean (unlike coconut oil) and improves skin condition as well. |
