Could You WP Riders Recommend Me a Curb Bit?

I was wondering what all you other WP riders use for curbs.
I have a 6 y/o and was wondering what would be good for her
Thanks!

At home, I use a mullen mouth iron bit with 9" shanks. Its a big ole thing but Jake likes it..its illegal for showing though. For showing, I use a Myler imitaion I got out of Schneiders. Its got like 7 1/2" shanks. Mullen mouth. He likes it a lot

i use a myler or look alike...if your horse is pretty much fully trained you can use a bit like this.

If your horse is alittle less experienced then you could go with something like this.

both are 7 1/2 inch shank and 5 inch mouth piece.

Most WP riders I know use correctional bits.

I actually 'built' Raps a rubbermouth curb, that weve showed in, since he objected to most standard curbs. He does have a v.low port, heavy solid curb for show days that he was distracted/ fractious. Didnt use that much.
How build a bit works

Dont invest too much in a correction until you know how she'll tolerate it. I got one for Jake and he absolutely hated it. He was throwing his head, taking off, just being a jerk. I switched him back to his old one and he was just fine. I wanted it for the added pressure to help bring his nose in but I would rather him be happy then pretty and upset. Good luck
