Could you photoshop this??

Hey I was wondering if any of you pro photoshoppers could fix his mouth? Its a really nice photo I took of my trainer riding her horse, Sir, but his mouth is gaping open like a hippo's

! i think that its a thumbnail but i don't know how to make it bigger so sorry

I would like to have it fixed and then proffesionally painted for my trainer. she was kicked in the head and shattered her jaw

i think that it'll raise her spirits!
