| Senior Member+ | Could Justice turn Leopard on me?
She is getting sooooo many white hairs....EVERYWHERE. It just seems to be all the sudden and it's ******** me out. She really never was a dark dark bay and her legs were never really that dark but her mane was always soo black. Could it be because she still is really shedding her winter hair.....it's still coming off in clum ps. There are faint little spots showing up on her neck and stuff. I don't want her to be leopard.....I want her to be blanket! That's what she's reg. as anyways! lol I'll still love her regardless but geez! haha Here's her latest pic: Is it possible? |

NO a leopard is born a lepoard. She could be roaning out and then would be described as a blanket with Varnish roaning.

She could be turning roan but not leopard. This is what Brook looks like in the winter: ![]() And here is what she looks like in the summer: ![]() So I think she may roan out but she will probably be bay with a blanket in the fall and winter and roan in the spring and summer.

justice looks like she is doing so well after her injury. it is good to see her outside. I agree I think she might roan out... probably not as dramatic as Crazy4apps filly Brook... (which btw is really cool... its like getting a new horse every season... ha)

My App is going through the same transition. Very little white in the winter and LOTS of white in the summer. She is a blanket. ACC |
