Mmm... no, not really. Just cloudy looking.

I talked to the vet today, and today would have be one of the days he is alone at the office, so he's not sure he can come out today or not. If not, we'll go over there to pick up some medication for her, and see if we still think she needs to be seen on Monday.
Her eye, other than the cloudy spot, looks good today--no weeping or swelling, and she is holding it open.

Good. It's probably just edema in the cornea then. If the dot becomes opaque and has a clearly defined outline, get the horse to a clinic asap.

You can pick up eye ointment without hydrocortisone at some farm/livestock supply stores.
