Question Corn in TC 30

I was wondering if anyone else that uses TC 30 has ever found cracked corn mixed into the pellets? I opened 3 bags today to put into the feed bin and each bag had corn pieces. Some were loose and some were formed into the pellet. I tried to call Triple Crown, but since it's the weekend know one was there. I'm planning on calling Monday morning.

I'm just wondering why corn is in there. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Thanks

I would be highly upset but then again it would explain the trouble I had with my mare when I put her on it

I would call on Mon and raise a fit

You do need to report it to Triple Crown. And then they can take it up with their feed mill. Your feed store should provide you with a refund.

It's likely that whatever was processed before that batch had corn in it and they didn't properly clean their equipment.

Thanks for the help. I took pictures of the pellets to e-mail the people at Triple Crown. Now I've got to put all that feed back into the bags and take it back. It stinks because the feed store special orders it for me. Now I'm not sure what I'm going to do.

Again thanks for the help.
