Cool palomino (or so I think)...

Certainly born looking palomino. White on his legs is so high couldn't see if he had points. Tail is light but that could be splash (plenty of it in him LOL). The Nu Chex To Cash blood tells me the mane is sooty ala Chex Nu Jewel:

I like a lot of horses out of Nu Chex To Cash. Big Chex To Cash (http://www.bigchextocash.com/default.htm) being my favourite. This is definately a cool looking colt that's for sure, no matter what colour he is.
