Wink Conformation Check (Mini Style)

Rocky is a 7 y/o 34 inch gelding mini. Just wondering about his confo? Is he a well bred Mini or just run of the mill? I personally think he looks like he could pull a truck, but I have no idea how close to "ideal" he is. He looks like he is more of a functional Mini than a halter type mini to me. I have never owned a mini, so this is why i am asking. I am planing on showing him in open driving one of these days. Also, in lead line with Loren, of course!

he's certainly built very strong but he does have a few faults, He's ever so slightly downhill, the angles in his shoulder are a bit off, he is a tiny bit splay toed in front and cow hocked in back. Those are the only faults i can see. He's no halter pony but he'll definately do pretty well as a driven pony.

Thanks Lou! His feet were about 6 inches too long. We have trimmed his twice so far. He could use another 1/2 inch or so off the toe, but we don't want to take off too much too fast or it will hurt him. I think he is built like a truck I don't know much about ponies of any kind, but I think this boy could pull, pull, pull!!

He looks like a "Rambo" or a "Tuffy", lol! Did his limp ever go away?

His conformation is fine, IMO.
