Color Question

If you breed a albino stallion to a paint mare, what color will the foal be? I was wondering

Do tri-colored horses exist? I'm pretty sure they don't, or maybe I am just crazy.

we used to call my sister's old paint filly a tri, but that was only because she was a bay paint and had the black, brown, and white mane, the black legs, and brown spots. i dont think that they exist either...

I think you are right.

A horse that is pinto is either one of two base colors. Red based, or black based. If you add in the modifier that makes a black horse into a bay...you can't be black AND bay. (unless you are counting mane, tail and legs?)

Maybe a horse that is a bay pinto can exhibit some patches that are lighter bay and some that are darker bay. Just like a bay horse that doesn't have any white. They can have variable bay Areas that are lighter and darker.

That's what I was thinking she was thinking. So it would just be a bay paint?

Ouu...the smartness. That makes perfect sense, thanks for explaining.

Ok, so we have a stallion in a color that doesn't exist, and a mare in a color that doesn't exist. So the foal obviously would be a unicorn!
