What exactly is the difference between chestnut and sorrel? I always saw them as the same thing. Here's Charlie, Arabian, 10 at the time, I'll say chestnut, but tell me to change it if it's wrong.

Hello There  Here are some photos of Madiera, my quarter horse filly. She's now 10 months old, was born a red colored chestnut and shed out to be a liver chestnut (to enlarge click double click the picture);

Can we enter chestnuts with appaloosa patterns(such as varnish)? (answer: yes) Good to know!
