I am a BUCKEYE girl LOL I love it and have had wonderful results but it is harder to find

Then I would go either Progressive or Kent

I tried TC and didn't have alot of luck with it

and i just HATE Purina they use to be the number one purchaser of chicken feathers in the US

oh something I wanted to add alot of ration balancers are listed as supplements NOT feeds

so if you find a TC dealer ask them to find TC 30% the supplement

same thing wiht Kent's Horsego32 it is listed as supplement

what about the Progressive Hi-Fat ration balancer?

Also, at least where you buy it, how much per bag was the Buckeye?

well yes and no lol he's just now getting to a good weight after over a year of trying to get him there, he just seems to have trouble keeping weight on, his metabolism is crazy and he constantly bobs his head up and down when he's in his stall or field, basically anywhere except riding lol so he's always going...it seems like a pretty big icrease though...the crude fat in Buckeye was 5% and the hifat one was 20% so I don't know lol

The Hi Fat is rice bran with ration balancer added plus some other stuff

I would jsut put him on the ration balancer and add rice bran or beet pulp if you think he is gonna need the extra calories
