 | coconut oil. hey iv heard good things about it and want to try it out. but im wondering where every one finds it, i seem to have bad luck  . |

| Senior Member+  | There are online places, but I got mine at a health foods store. It is also available at some Wal-Marts.

| Senior Member  | it has A LOT of saturated fat in it... my food and nutrition teacher said that it was bad... but then again she's been wrong about half the stuff she teaches. Theres stores in some places that sell stuff like that in bulk... like the big tubs of mayonnaise. You might save money by buying it there

| Senior Member  | I found actual food grade coconut oil (only ingredient listed) at Wal-Mart in the vitamin section (near the pharmacy and band-aids). I also found coconut oil for hair in the (where else?) health and beauty section, still at Wally World.
