There are online places, but I got mine at a health foods store. It is also available at some Wal-Marts.

it has A LOT of saturated fat in it... my food and nutrition teacher said that it was bad... but then again she's been wrong about half the stuff she teaches. Theres stores in some places that sell stuff like that in bulk... like the big tubs of mayonnaise. You might save money by buying it there

Oh your nutrition teacher was SO wrong!

CO digests like a carbohydrate instead of a fat. Your body uses it up as an energy source. Cattle farmers tried to use it to fatten up their stock some time ago and they gave up because the cows actually lost weight on it!

I found actual food grade coconut oil (only ingredient listed) at Wal-Mart in the vitamin section (near the pharmacy and band-aids). I also found coconut oil for hair in the (where else?) health and beauty section, still at Wally World.
