Jess!A contest to get people out there and RIDING. Two separate categories Pros [people who work with horses as a living] and non [trail riders, pleasure riders, etc] to make it fair for everyone.
Hours are reported once a month, I suggest using a spredsheet like chart to track your hours.
Goal is to get the most hours by the end of the year. Since this is for 2009, we're starting late but next year with 2010 we can start on time.
Awards? Maybe? We should discuss this.
Note: Horse shows and any competitions such as Endurance Ride, CTR's [competitive trail rides], trail trials DO NOT count towards your hours.
