Hello fellow 2009 clubbers! Long time no speak. I think our club is dying a little. We need to bring it back to life.
Well I don't know if I am just paranoid about the holidays and not eating enough or what but I have lost 3 lbs.! Yeah!! I am at 132 lbs. *dances*
I really need to get pictures. How is everyone else doing?

Fact: People who use food journals are more likely to lose weight faster than those who don't and are less likely to gain back the weight.

Use a notebook, or even better: online food trackers. Free ones here: sparkpeople.com Anyone who joins, I am in there. PM me for my user name.

    Good Luck Ladies.

Absolutely not JP!! I am also resolving to not eat any candy.. and then no pie as it wears towards November...and then no "All DAY Eat Fests" which are loosely called 'family gatherings' with my folks.

    Lets all be strong!

Well this is a bad time of year for me. Halloween is the start of the holiday eating. It starts in October with the candy, then November with the pie and finally December with everything else. I could be so strong and just ignore things if it weren't for my kids and family in general.
I can ignore the chocolate...I can ignore the chocolate...I can!!

Maybe if I say it enough in the next week or so it will become reality.

Am I the only one who has a holiday food curse?

No... lots of people don't want to work out in front of people, PERIOD....

    Nothing wrong with that.

Walked by the college gym today and truly admired the overweight people in there working out. Am I the only one that cannot imagine working out in public when overweight?
