Chickens anyone?

Does anyone have chickens? I have ten in my backyard. Sometimes I bring them into my house. My hens just had little ones in August. I have two Asian wild jungle fowl hens, one Japanese white silky bantam rooster, one English bantam rooster, a Rhode Island Red rooster, one hen I found in the neighborhood and took home, one 1/2 white silky 1/2 asian,(There were 5 but I sold four ) Two white silky chicks, one 1/2 silky 1/2 English chick. I can put all of their pics up because I can't seem to get them up fast enough.

Oh my, I have bad experiences with chickens, and geese too.
They tend to chase me lol

My friends have 2 chickens that run around..I just don't like them much.

Also about the geese, I thought they couldn't get out of their "pin" but obviously it wasn't a pin, so they just went under the wire and started chasing me...wow, just imagine a girl screaming and being chased by geese..

Only the two Asian hens and the bantam roosters chase people. (Mostly neices and nephews that don't behave! ) One Asian hen is refferd to as "The guard dog" because she fights with stray cats. I keep my chickens as pets and only pets. They will never get eaten.

We used to have broiler chickens that we ate. Just a few, only like 10-15. I HATED them. They were awful. I dreaded every spring when mom got the chicks...LOL Sure they are cute then, but then they grow up.

We had one that we hatched from an egg. She was called Annabelle until she started crowing and we decided she was a he.
We had to give her away, then she got eaten by a fox.
Until she started waking up at 5am, she (whoops he) was a very nice chicken.
I like them and I'd have them again too.
