    Can Horses Eat Carrot Tops?

    probably the stupidest question ever, but i'd like to confirm before i feed my horse any carrot 'greens'.

    Yup, and they love them. In fact, I just fed my horses some tonight. It's quite the treat.

    It wont hurt them. I would feed them to my horse if she liked carrots. lol

    I always have, I grow them in the garden just for my mare, when she sees me in the garden she expects to get a carrot, lettus or some corn stalks,, she loves them..cathy

    hmm cant say iv ever tried it. Mum buys carrots without the tops on them...
