Michelle I have not used the Cadence but have heard nothing but good about it ... the nutitientist at Buckeye are great to talk to and actually will get into a detailed discussion with you if need be ...

the only thing "I" don't like is the corn ...

his current feed has corn germ.......both products have an NSC of 23%

My BO is also looking for high fat, low starch performance feed that is affordable for her crew....so I'm also in search of something like that as well.

What is TC Low Starch's NSC? 11 something isn't it?

Oh peggy, as an update, not a single horse she put Purina RB on is doing much of anything "good". So she is switching back.

I have my theories on why (poor quality hay).....but beggers can't be choosers. New batch arrives next week finally!!!

no, his grain intake covered everything. Hay was a "bonus"

Unless there is a weed he is getting into that is causing the anemia.......but we dug in the hay bales searching......nothing we can find.....fertilized hay, just not a good year when it was cut

Thanks. My trip to get Blister his feed might end up being worth a darn if she switches to TC.

AND if she switches to kent, that means I can get a large enough load each month to bring it directly in!!!

If your Kent distrutor is also a Triple Crown person you might be able to even if she doesn't get the Kent feed

You can order however many bags of each it take to make min order at least though the mill my dealer uses

same place I get the Granolene, they have TC available. They'll special order anything I want if it is from Kent.

But it is an hour drive there and an hour back. BUT, I COULD load up my trailer once a month for her......if she's froggy for it.
