I absolutely love Brindle horses. TCF...that's so cool that your filly is developing the brindle pattern... It will be very interesting to see if it does indeed increase over time. Horse color genetics is such a fascinating subject.

I really like brindle horses, I think that it looks so neat. I know that stallion that's on the website I provided - Frosty, from Spearfish. He is really pretty in color, but he is actually starting to loose some of the obvious striping from graying out. Unfortunatly, he doesn't have the best confo though.

I don't think that he has actually thrown any brindle babies yet either.

I Love The Look Of Brindles. They Are Each So Completely Unique .

I Have Read Riding Lessons And Her New Book, Flying Changes. Both Are Really Great .

TrueColorsFarm, Those Markings On Faux Finish Are Very Neat! I Hope They Spread . I Think A Buckskin Sabino Brindle Thoroughbred Would Be Something Else! Yet Another First .

Does Anyone Have Pictures Of Natal Or Any Of His Foals? What Breed Is He? Can Anyone Tell Me More About Him? I Can't Seem To Find Any Pictures Of Him Or Information Anywhere .

Wow, I've seen brindle dogs, but not brindle horses! I'm fascinated with unusual coloring--how cool!

Me too! Then it wont look like a ball of mud that dribbled down her shoulder anymore!

It literally grew before our eyes. One minute it was this little 2 inch long x 1/2 inch wide discoloured area and then literally next time I looked it was long and wide and HUGE!, so maybe by spring when her winter coat has shed out, it will be even bigger yet ...
