His foals are able to be "appendix" anyways. If crossed with another AQHA registered horse...... TB's don't have to be proven. Just registered with teh Jockey Club for their foals to be able to be accepted as Appendix's. BUT, from what I understand last I spoke to AQHA, the horse mUST BE TB/QH in order to "qualify" for AQHA Points! Must be An APPENDIX Registered to be able to move from Appendix to a full AQHA papered horse. NOT pure TB's. if Pure TB's, they would be JOCKEY ClUB Registered and NOT ELIGIBLE for AQHA Papers to begin with. You cannot be registered as a TB in the Jockey Club AND have AQHA papers. THAT is not possible. Unles Jockey CLub is accepting TB/QH crosses, and to my knowledge, they are not.

If a paint stallion is registered in the APHA and the dam is a AQHA the foal can be registered as a APHA and not pinto.
