I have always talked about "What If?" for Riot

However... He does not have the four whites they so desperetly desire in Clydes
He's not tall enough
He's on the "light" side.
He could use more substance.

Felix
I think he'd be a decent mare breeding prospect but not so much a stud. He has a few faults that need correction and his color (or there lack of) is less that desireable as a APHA stud, however as a mare it'd be more acceptable.

APHA points in Halter, HUS, Huntseat Eq, and Trail.
Very nice mover, good minded, good pedigree, decent conformation.

The faults I see are a short steep croup. Slightly long pasterns, still downhill though he is expected to grow some more. Weak hip/loin and cowhocked.

I wish I had a mare just like Charlie.

He's the grandson of my broodmare Angel. I don't think he'd have made a great stallion because he's just too feminine looking! He would have been a perfectly refined mare though.

I sold him to a big eventing barn just north of me. He was so calm and easygoing they ended up selling him as a children's hunter mount I believe. He was a fantastic mover and had a beautiful jump too.

His neck looks short in the confo pic but it really isn't he has the nicest neck I've ever seen on a paint. Very long and elegant. Perfect dished head too. He was by far the prettiest gelding I've ever seen.

Love, love, love, love, LOVE the curly. Really think it's a shame he was gelded.

I thought the same thing haha. He is beautiful and has awesome confo! He would have probably been a pretty good contributer to the Curly breed. Lindsayanne should see him.

Here is my "stud" gelding, Rocky

Here he is with one of his
Fabulous foals!

At just 34 inches tall, he is the perfect height for reining.

JMO, if a horse is a gelding, it's a gelding for a reason. I've never seen a gelding that I'd *die* to breed to. Ever.

Are you sorry he's gelded?

Yeah, a lot of people are into the whole "accomplishments" deal and where I understand the reasoning behind it I am not one of those people.

However, we are not breeders or a big "show" family so the "accomplishments" dont matter to me as much as the confirmation, disposition and mental attitude of a horse.
