Exclamation Breeding my Shetland-cross mare

Well origionally i was gonna get a miniature mare in foal but it was pretty expensive and i found a close by mare that can be bred since she is going into heat anytime this week. I need to know if i should breed her and get her because i really dont want to wait till next spring to breed her. She has had 4 foals already and is 8 yrs old. She is a miniature-shetland corssat 39 inches. The studis 42 inches and she has had foals with him in the past. What do u think? Please respnd quick!!

Well, I think that this is something that can't be decided "quick". Do you have more info? How did the foals from them turn out before? Why can't you wait til spring?

well, id say that a cross like that (mini with shetland) would make showing hard..ud get a small baby, and u wouldnt be able to do mini shows, but thats jsut my opinion :-P

I say you should get her. Size doesn't matter!
