Have you tried the blocker tie rings? They work really well for horses that pull back. You need a really long lead rope with a knot at the end, but when the horse pulls back it gives. So they never get to that panik (or in her case, release) point. You go, bring them back forward, readjust the rope and keep going about your business. I've seen quite a few horses that this worked really well for.

Take an old tire tub and loop it around a tree or pole then tie her lead to the tub and just let her fight the tub. It rubber so it will give.

We had a very heavy rope halter on one of the horse at the barn and he was tied to a pole without a tub and he pulled back and broke the halter but also hurt himself. He couldn't walk right for a few weeks, and held his head funny. He had to go through a few weeks of therepy.

The problem is that she isnt panicking because of being tied. The white in her eyes never show when she does it either. She just doesnt like to not be in control. Its a fault in her personality So far tying her with this rope seems to be working. She didnt try anything this last time. So Im hoping she's learned. She actually started nickering at us when we came to let her loose after she had been standing so well
