Braiding Attempt (with photos) -- Please Critique!

dont worry your fingers will get tougher the more you braid. Just keep up the practicing and good work.

are these braids supposed to be different to the dressage braids, i dont know about hunter braids lol, silly kiwi i am

They look okaaaayyy. However, those "three pronged combs" are called "Braid Aids" and make life a helluva lot easier. It seems to me that you are not pulling them tight enough at the top. Before hand use Quic Braid and then after use hair spray. I usually take sicorss (sp?) and snip of the frizzy hairs when you are done. Believe me it takes PRACTICE. Before my lessons my coach makes me do 5 braids for practice. And if they are not done-10 the next time.
