I thought it was called a Continental Braid?? Here's a pic of Cody's unfinished one. Sorry for the blurry camera phone shot.

i would say, just 4 a schooling show, if the main is that long it might look good, or horrible, idk...but you could do braid, and then fold them under and attatch with a rubber band...dont real classy, but it works!
