Body Clipping

Hey Everybody,
I had a great idea for a independent study project.

(part of my notebook) End of March I body clip Skip so he is in his summer coat before my 1st show. Well I thought maybe, I could do a few different clips, (progressively) and take pictures of each as I finished them on him. So I would start w/ a chaser, take a pic, then a trace, and so on. I would then use the pictures and name, and describe each clip, how it is done, and what purposes it serves. I thought this would be a good idea, because not only would I be learning about all the different types of body clips, and their purposes, I would actually be learning how to do them.

Tell me what you think!!! and any advice/tips on it. Thanks you guys!

That sounds really neat. I have absolutely no idea how to body clip, I've never had to! So that sounds like it could really be fun to try out, learn to do the different clips, and keep track of everthing.
