I was just given a 21" black Blue Ribbon brand Cutback Saddleseat saddle by a friend; it has "Made in England" stamped under the flap on the leather keepers, and it has the Blue Ribbon maker's mark under the stirrup bar flap. The leather seems to be very high quality even though it was dry and unconditioned. I have heard that these saddles were extremely well-made but not made anymore. Any other information that can be provided would be great I am going to do more research when I get the time. I am currently undecided on whether to sell or keep. I was thinking on starting in Saddleseat, but it would only be local and open shows that I may just use my Wintec dressage just to get an idea of it. I will try to get pics of it tonight to upload tomorrow as I would also like opinions on the current price value (just in case I do decide to sell) Thanks guys!
**Pics added 7/21** Here are some pics of the saddle. I know they aren't the greatest (off my iPhone) but it is all I currently have at the moment. What do you guys think of its possible value based off of these?
