Why why WHY must I get so nervous on the phone???
Its even worse when I get answering machines.

I called up about a weekend groom/stablehand position at a dressage stables today and I got the ladies answering machine.
So I say "Hi, I'm just enquiring about the stablehand position, my name is Katie *****(all good so far then....) you can reach me on 02(oops I've forgotten my number!), no sorry, 04 ******** and then my voice broke on the last digit and i had to say it...

Yep so I am wel and truly back into the swing of things since returning from North Carolina.

Still very much wishing I was there but I'm not hating being home anymore. In fact, since I've been back, me and my two best friends have been hanging out more than ever, I love those girls so much

I have one week of Uni classes left! my goodness that went quick. I have 2 major assignmenst to do and some little ones as well, I can honestly say my academic life has been neglected...

So my exchange overseas was cut short by one semester.
I spent 5 months at UNCAsheville and it was honestly the best time of my life. I had so much fun, did some great classes and I met my best friend there.

Now I'm home because my credits won't transfer for next semester

I'm just annoyed that I had to come home 6 months early but theres nothing that could be done.

On a good note, I'm getting Viktor back into work, he's finnaly grown up so it shouldn't...

I'm on such a high right now. UNCA Basketball's 3rd last home game was tonight, against Gardner-Webb, it ran into overtime at 70 all.

My heart was literally in my throat
But....................we won!

Woooo i've got that much adrenalin running through me rightnow, I can only imagine how the players are feeling. You should have heard the crowd!

I love it soooo much here in Asheville!

I feel so comfortable, everyone is super nice, my classes are amazing, the place itself is beautiful and I've already made some life long friends.

I'm going to the basketball game thsi afternoon then to a party. I'm excited!

Aaaaand, i have homecoming in 2weeks!!!I have to go dress shopping next weekend.
