So after Saturday we rode again on Sunday and I still have not gotten around to writing that up so I will just combine.

Sunday was the worst he has ever behaved by far. Unfortunately while I was riding, someone flipped the lid of the barn trash he saw it out of the corner of his eye and bolted. Now luckily for both parties, bolting to him means we trot really really fast. It surprised me a little at first but only took about half the round pen to get him to come to a complete halt....

So the last week was so busy we had no work time so he just got to be lazy. I got him out finally on Saturday and decided to see how things would go. I was not expecting much since he had an entire weeks break. saddled him up, got him out there no problem. He moved away a bit when I went to put my foot in the stirrup but then calmed right down once I was on. He behaved perfectly the first direction and I knew we couldnt keep avoiding the other. So we swapped. It went much better than the first time...
