I am thinking I should start this little blog thing up again, now that I have a new horse and all. I really should stop bombarding everyone with threads anyway

Reina is still lame. No change today. Swelling is unchanged. I added epsom salt to the Furazone for her sweat wrap today and used paper to cover it rather than wrapping it with ceran-wrap. This was recommended to me by my trainer friend. I definitely respect his knowledge and at this point, I will gladly accept a new idea...

Batty had her first obedience class tonight. She didn't care enough about the treats to pay much attention...She had to watch EVERYTHING going on. The only other dogs in the class are a really timid lab mix and a boxer/hound mix who's super friendly. Compared, Batty is miss high-energy

When the trainer saw her, she immediately asked where I went to get her. I was kind of confused, but she said that she's the prettiest Aussie she's seen in Southern California. I guess they breed...

My friends are all either back at school or about to go back. Michelle is about to go up to Cal Poly SLO for the first time in a couple weeks.

It was my choice to cut down my group of friends to the ones who are "true friends." Well now what do I do when they're all 3+ hours away?
