My boss (DVM) uses Equipride for her own horses as well as letting the dealer sell it in the office. It is a great vitamin/mineral supplement, but as for all the rest of the claims that they make about it "boosting the immune system" etc etc take it with a grain of salt. It is a supplement and there aren't any studies to prove their claims.

I use Equi-Pride myself. From what I know about it, it targets the digestive system, and then everything else falls into place. It has other properties as well, like added Bioten and Omega's for hoof/coat. I saw wonderful results in hair/hoof quality, but not so much with weight gain. I didnt have a compromised immune system, so cant comment on that. Why the change from Rapid Response to the Equi Pride??
