Well, from the looks of things, it is going to be Yankee first, and probably today! I can't wait to see her baby.

Blaze is still very pregnant, very uncomfortable, and very grouchy. The three ponies were tearing around being silly this morning (you have no idea what a wonderful thing it is to actually see poor little Lizzy PLAYING, six months ago I wouldn't have believed it, heck, three months ago!) But anyway, Blaze was standing in the middle with her ears back, not moving but looking really ticked, lol. She did lay down for a good roll... I can't get over the strength of this mare, she lays down and gets up like she isn't carrying any extra weight at all! She also decided that she in fact did not want to be seperated from the other horses. She very effectively destroyed my gates. Oh well, there really is nothing else that I can do. I am certainly doing my best!

And good luck to Yankee!

Nope, no baby This monster is going to make me wait forever! My mom stopped over today, and couldn't believe how huge she is! It is worse in person, lol. Pictures just don't convey the pure mass of her

Wouldn't this make a nice half-Welsh splash baby out of Blaze?

Oh, my, ACC, He is BEAUTIFUL! And the similarities between the two, in coloration and build, is almost scary!

I do have to say that I am going to give serious thought into breeding her again. There are a lot of factors going into the decision, including her age and the amount of foals she has already had, along with my ability to afford the breeding, vet care, and promote the foal. At the very earliest, I wouldn't rebreed her until 2009. The poor girl deserves at least a year off from babies!

bnttyra - glad to have you on board, lol!

Just so everyone knows, I have been reduced to working from my ancient laptop, for probably a week or more. My desktop computer was destroyed by viruses. I am just grateful that I was able to save my pictures, especially of this past Christmas and of my children's birthdays.

I was already planning on getting a new computer, and I guess now is as good a time as any. I may be a little scarce for the next few days, you have no idea how frustrating it is trying to deal with a 13 year old laptop! At least I am running XP, lol.

I promise that if there is anything going on in the foaling department I will make sure that it gets posted!

I am SOOOO anxious for this baby, for a few reasons. I am not sure if we are keeping or selling, and the coloration of the baby is a major factor, lol. If it has blue eyes, it will be going NOWHERE

I just can't wait to snuggle on the little fuzzy

The progression is that she has turned into a royal Bea Itchy (LOL, Aussiesnapps) that refuses to be touched and is blowing up like a balloon, ha ha. She has no compunctions against taking treats, however
