Interested in the Taka blanket, is it just the turnout sheet or does it have fill? How much?

Also interested in the elevator - don't need it this second but I feel it's best to have certain things in your bag of tricks!

It not a sheet. It's really heavy.
It has some fill in it. I'm not sure how much to ask for it. what do you think?
