Black As Knight

I was wondering what everyones results using black as knight were? (Good/Bad) And most importantly were did you buy it? I just bought some from SmartPak but I heard I could find it cheaper? thanks

the main ingrediant is paprika......so I jsut buy regular paprika......it's far easier on my pocket book!

I did that but it didnt really do much for my horse. Yet I heard if paprika doesnt work then BAK will definily work. So I am going to give it a try but I heard can get it from other places and I am not sure where

My best friend had an all black Paso mare that they used BAK on, and it worked wonders. They never tried just paprika, so can't comment on that, but their mare was always black as could be, with no red bleaching in the winter.

my friend uses BAK on her QH mare in the winter so when she sheds in the summer she is NICE and BLACK... i works great!!!!!!!!

I've never used it, but I've heard that unless you ahve a lot of extra money it's not worth the preice tag. I've seen black horses who wear a fly sheet in summer to prevent fading and they lok very nice. But if it works for you and you can afford it, go for it! Just take her off it a couple days before a big show since it can mess up drug tests.
