Bitless Bridle

I've been hearing really good things about this 'bitless bridle' ...I heard about it twice last weekend...they were saying how their horses responded better to it...

I was wondering if any of ya'll have heard about/used this bridle. I'm very interested in it, and was wanting to hear more about it...

No, I asked that same question. Kerri said that it was similar to it but different.

I have and have used a bitless bridle. It is really nice and I like mine, it just puts pressure on the poll and on the bridge of the nose, instead of the bars, tongue and palate like a bit. Same idea, just different pressure points. The only thing that I don't like about them is that they can be slow on the release, or not give one at all, which can be bad if you aren't aware of it.

Well, reason I was asking is that I'm riding a 6 yr old that hates the bit. It took me like 30 minutes one time trying to get the bit in her mouth. Her teeth are fine, and once you get it in she's fine. I've lately just been riding her in a halter....takes less time, lol, and she responds just as well, but at times I have a hard time getting her to slow completely down (she loves to run).

Anyway, I was just wondering if giving this Bridle a try was worth it or not.
