Sorry, cant help ya on the bill of sale, I just hand write something out stating what the purchase price/agreement was, name, age, sex, color, etc of horse, buyer's name and feed, worming, shoeing, vacc schedule. My bill of sale for Spy is actually written on the back of a feed bill!!! ROFL, spur of moment thing for us, good thing I got it though!

Ashley Moorhouse and Chad Johnson take $7500.00 in payment for “Steelin’ Dallas” (4 yr. Old bay TB gelding) who is registered with the Jockey Club (registration number 0039695) on March 13, 2004 to (buyer) _______________________. Steelin’ Dallas is sold AS IS. Buyer becomes solely responsible for and agrees to pay any and all bills relating to horse that are incurred after the date and times this agreement is signed by both parties (vet bills, farrier fees, ect.).

Jane Doe (seller) will:

• Feed, house, and provide routine care for the horse for one month, or until full payment is made and horse leaves the property, whichever comes first.
• Give possession of the horse to buyer after final payment is made.
• Sign the transfer papers and registration papers required to transfer ownership.
• Offer to transport horse to buyer (free of charge) if buyer is within one hour driving distance from seller. One week’s notice is required for scheduling.
• Provide a Coggins test on horse prior to horse leaving seller’s property.
• Disclose all past health care problems (if applicable) and all vaccination/worming history on the above horse.
• Provide buyer with a reccommended heath care maintenance schedule for the horse.
• Recommend a pre-purchase exam, and offer to schedule it for buyer.

• Assume financial responsibility for the horse from the time the first payment is made and contract signed (except food and housing for one month after date of first deposit.)
• Pay the full purchase price before horse leaves seller’s property.
• Not hold seller liable for any injuries, illnesses or death of horse once payments have begun.

Release:

I/We ______________________________________, agree to the purchase of the horse listed on this contract AS IS. This horse has been presented to my satisfaction. I understand the horse comes with no guarantees (i.e. soundness, breeding ability or live foal guarantee) and that I have the option of a pre-purchase exam at my expense. I have not been drinking or using any drug that could impair my judgement. There is no reason I should not have a clear mind when I sign that I agree to purchase the horse listed on this contract.

I understand that I am responsible for all financial care for the horse once full payment has been made or partial payment has started, regardless of where the horse is being kept. Care will include all of the following with no exceptions: hoof care, worming, vaccinations, vet care, until horse is paid in full. Any injuries or illnesses that occur before horse is paid in full will be my responsibility. If the horse dies before being paid in full, I will be responsible for paying the remaining balance due on the horse. The seller will no longer be responsible for horse once payments have started.

I accept full responsibility for my decision and the consequences that go along with my decision of the purchase of this horse. This includes the possibility of me or others being injured or even killed in the Inherent Risks of Equine Activities.

By signing this form, I am stating that I have read this two-page form, and understand what I have read, and agree to the purchase of this horse AS IS. Once signing this form, I will not hold seller liable, as I am responsible for this horse. Once this contract is signed, I agree to pay the full purchase price of this horse within one month from date of contract unless other arrangements are made. If I back out of this contract, I will loose all monies paid and will forfeit ownership of the horse.

Great help Spy and Aqha... No didn't get what she wanted... but she is going to good home SO I made an executive decision and sold her for that The lady that is going to breed her to a paint is gonna buy her!!!
