Hahaha well my horse would definitely win "WORST brand"... but not best.

So I will just share for giggles...

If you can even see it it is the ISR (international sport horse) brand... a registry that includes and extends out from the Oldenburg association of NA.

Hahaha but look at that muscley butt!

this is my horse Matilda's brand. (well...she was my last horse - just that count? I'm horseless at the moment

) She was a 4 year old Standardbred Mare.

The top section means New Zealand and the bottom is her registration details.

Well I am not entering but thought I would share this pic. In 2006 hubby and I went on a weekend trail ride on the King Ranch. When you get there they brand your horses with paint. So it was kinda neat to have the brand of the most historic ranch in the US on your horse even if it did wash off. Here are our horses with their "brands"

To brand or frostmark horses is no longer done, today they get microchips
