That is very sad - but at least his owner had him put down and out of his misery instead of sending him for meat where his journey would have been horrendous.

That's sad Crazy4Apps......but at least that poor old guy isn't going to have to endure being ran thru an auction, transported to slaughter, and then slaughtered. The right things was done for him.

I'm confused! The fat ole horse you orignally posted about ended up put down due too being skinny and hip displaced or was that the paint you were talking about?

The last time i seen him he was fat! That was two months ago. I hadn't gone and seen him. The guy told me he was still "fit" as he put it. I didn't know any different. The horse had always been well taken care of before. I've known the guy for 5 yrs. So I wasn't gonna call him a lier. I never went to see the paint. The guy sold him before I got there. The paint was just a weanling.
