Average about $65-85 for a browband, MANY colors (opaque, metallic, pearl-ish, etc.), and yes, they're full leather. Here are a few other things I've done (I have a well-dressed boy):

HA HA! You're telling me! My horse has a beaded browband for almost every bridle he has! Pretty sad eh?? He's better dressed than me!

It helps having a grey, too. Everything goes with him!

And an Arab, to boot, so there's no such thing as "too flashy" or "too gaudy".
