bates and wintec

i had a problem a few months ago with my saddle, where we ended up hafting to send it over to perth for them to assess it, they have been fantastic, and have now decided to replace half of my saddle free of charge, which would normally cost $300.
they are really good, just thought i would share, i am really happy i get it back this week

That's great news! Yes, I think I remember your thread. Didn't someone tell you that the squeaky wheel gets the grease?? I'm glad to hear things turned out well for you.

CJ a the left pannel of my saddle, it ripped right up the knee and flap really badly, yer i think that was it sr

thats is great to hear that they have been so considerate. i do love bates wintec saddles, and they are always very curtious when you are dealing with them.

yer its been really good, i am so sick of trying to jump in a dressage saddle!
