Bareback pads with stirrups are very dangerous and not good for the horse at all. Why are you specifically looking for one with them?

I wouldn't advize stirrups

1) the way bareback pads are it wil have a pressure point because instead of of having the wieght in the stirrups distubuted through the saddle the on strap that goes across the wither is what you be puttin wieght on

2) they are also unsafe for you, I have experianced it, it HURTS I was loping my horse and my horse turned the and did NOT and I did a face plant the pad was hanging on the side of her.

that bieng said I have 2 bareback pads that are never used one has no stirrups used probably 2-3times and the other does have stirrups ( wouldn't advize that one though) I have no idea how used that one is though someone came with it and was goign to through it away but I wanted it to help train my foal I know I have only used it twice. Let me know if you are interested, I can get pictures.

NOT having the stirrups will be an even better benefit to you for learning balance.

Yay for you for wanting to improve your seat!

You should ride without stirrups in your saddle first, then in a bareback pad without them. As everyone else said, stirrups + bareback pad = VERY dangerous! Pad slips, horse takes off, .. yeah you could just guess the ending. Not good. The best way to learn balance is to just ride bareback.
