Angry bad feather

well feather was suppose to get her hooves trimmed last friday. well they tried to do them. the ferrier and my boyfriend's aunt. i couldn't be there cause i had to work that night. well chris' aunt called me yesterday and left me a message saying that feather would not hold her feet up for the ferrier, and she even said that she reared up and evey thing. so she ended up not getting her feet done. so now i have to work with her on picking up her feet. the other thing that migt have done with is, she's due next week to have a foal, so i'm not sure if that was throwing her off balance or not. oh well, i really don't care that i hve to work with her on this.

Legend used to hate that unless i was there holding his lead rope and talking to him that is the only way the vet farrier or anyone could work on him even at new bolton we got him there at like 4 or 5 in the evening or so and i was going to leave at like 10 well they started working on him and he started to flip out and i couldn't leave and they had came and asked me to stay and i did and that is the only way they could run test and stuff on him without sedating him and he was good i didn't leave until almost like 1 am i went back up at 8 inthe morning and then left at like 1 or 2 and then went back the next day and brought him home they said he was an intresting horse t work with he hehe

Being in foal and about to give birth could have an effect they really don't wanna be messed with when they are that close to having the cute baby wait till she has given birth and in the mean time work with her she will let me him she is miserable and hot and uncomfortable

Ruby used to always be like that, as the farrier she had before we bought her, hit her because she wouldnt pick her feet up. i fink shes scarred for life But she has gotten SO much better as we've had her for 2 years now and she has improved MUCH. Different farrier aswell
