Backyard horse goes pure bred!

I brought my horses to a horse camp were I was working and my QH Quest's old owner was there.

I found out she is a registered QH with a nice bloodline and she is younger then I thought.
The old owners must still have her papers floating around somewhere (which is fine with me since I don't plan on breeding her or anything)

Her registered name is "Where's the Party?"
I think its so cute

Apparently when she was three she was sent to an Olympic trainer to learn how to jump and he said he took her around a 2'6 course and she jumped everything and did all her lead changes without him asking her to..it just came naturally to her. (she is now a backyard trail horse for my dad, I would have never guessed she was talented HaHa.)

She took a 10 year old girl to a show Saturday jumping 2' and the girl won her 2 classes Wish I had pics!!

My mutt turned into Cinderella...haha.

Even though you do not plan on every breeding the mare, I would see if the old owner could help you get the horse's registration papers anyway.
Having them would enable you to show at breed shows and participate in the various other breed related programs and award programs that are available for horse and rider.
