Back From Mentone CTD. With AWESOME RESULTS chek it out! (Me and S.O.V)

Hey guys!
As u all might/probably know, I've had my horse Crunchie for like 6 months now, and before that I never went to a show or did pony club or anything. Anywho on Sunday it was my second proper show (Have done one open show in which I participated in the fun ring haha and werribee interschool sports before this) And this was a combined training day...
I went with Channelle (stars of vegas) and we met up with a few ppl there who r also on this site like (egyption_pharoah) and (love_eagle). Even though I am only in grade five, those little show ponies are gorjuz in dressage and some of them are so well trained, i didn't think I had a chance...BUT!!

MY RESULTS!
I did my dressage test, and for my second test i got 77%!!!! (23 penalties) I was so happy with that, I mean the last test I did I got 50% and it was the same test!! He cantered in both the spots he was suppose to, I got two (9's) and a couple of (7's and 8's) and the lowest I got was a (6) for one of my canter transitions, but u guys know how much trouble I have had with my canter. Anyway, then we went and did showjumping and got a clear round! No refusals, no knocks (not fast) lol but all the same he didn't overlook any jump and just went for it!! I am so proud of him, we came 6th in grade five, and I counted there were 19 people and I actually placed!!!!! YAY!!!!!

I got a pretty sash, its like a purpley burgandy colour with gold tassles!!

I am so proud of Crunchie he did such an excellent job and sometime soon the pics will be coming up!!! Thanx to Channelle.......

CHANNELLE'S RESULTS!
Channelle did a really nice dressage test and did the BEST showjumping round, it was so smooth and accurate it was very well done! I think she got 41 penalties in dressage (between 40-42) which was really really good for her like fourth dressage test ever on Vegas! Her jumping was so great! We got a bit of a fright though, coz after the 2nd jump there was like a wide gap u had to go around to get to the 3rd jump, and she cut through the finish line instead of taking that wide gap, but she wasn't told where the finish line was so she wasn't sure whether she was allowed to cut through the yellow cones or not...So for about 20mins she was eliminated, but then she spoke to the judge and she was back in the game! She was against 25ppl in grade four doing Combined Training, so she didn't quite place, but I think she should have, I am so proud of her she did an awesome job!!!

EGYPTION PHAROAH'S (HOLLY) RESULTS!
Holly did an awesome dressage test (not 100% what she got) and she got a fantastic clear round in showjumping (Which I didn't quite catch) Im sure she will fill u in, but she did such a great job and came 3rd In grade four for combined training so she got a gorjuz ribbon!!!

A Professional photographer came out and took pics of us, so I will put in the links to our photos (there is three of me, three of channelle, and one or two of Holly!!) So u can have a peak, and then channelle will put some more jumping ones up and dressage ones up later tonight (HOPEFULLY!!!!!!) lol...here they are, sorry to bore u but I had an awesome day it was the best thing ever and Crunchie was so good I had to tell u all!!!!!!!

also when i was explaining the pics I have a bad habit of referring to myself in third person if anyone is confused... lol my jumps were so cute and small!! Lol I can't believe he even jumped one they were like trot poles

but all the same at the moment, whilst getting all my confidence up smaller is better

and we are doing well

At least I think hehe!

hehe thanx, i forgot to mention, before the show, channelle and I had to ride to the location of the show, which in itself is normally a one hour ride, we made it in 40mins though

Then we had to ride home after the show!!! And we went the long way!!! Lol our horses did ALOT of exercise!!!!
